CUSTOMER OVERVIEW
Click on any Customer name in the Display Name column to go directly to that Customer record. The Customer record houses your entire history with any customer. Go there to edit details, add new contacts and locations and review other details. A Past Due flag will appear next to any Customer Display Name if they have a past due invoice. PERSONNEL, TEAMS AND DEVICES OVERVIEW Click on the name of any user to go to their Personnel record where you can manage their roles and permissions on FSM desktop as well as their mobile device settings. Easily activate and deactivate subscription users based on the needs of your business. A green check mark shows you a user is active. Create Teams for your fieldtechnicians here.
