In a separate small bowl, microwave the cookie butter, butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon chips on half power in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until mixture is melted and smooth. Scoop melted cookie butter mixture on top of Chex cereal and very gently mix to combine, being KOREAN KIMCHI BURGERS Instructions. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Using a meat syringe, inject the meat evenly at 1-inch intervals from the top side of the pork shoulder only, using the entire amount of the injection solution. MEXICAN STREET CORN CROQUETTES Remove corn from grill and let cool. Cut kernels off cob and reserve. Discard cobs. Heat butter in a medium skillet over medium/medium-low heat. In a separate small bowl, microwave the cookie butter, butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon chips on half power in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until mixture is melted and smooth. Scoop melted cookie butter mixture on top of Chex cereal and very gently mix to combine, being KOREAN KIMCHI BURGERS Instructions. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Divide the meat into 4 equal patties, brush lightly with oil and season generously with Kosher salt. KOREAN STEAK TACOS WITH KIMCHI & GOJUCHANG AIOLI Instructions. Top warmed tortillas with Korean steak, a little bit of kimchi, a spoonful of pico de gallo and chopped avocado, a sprinkle of scallions and queso fresco, and drizzle with gojuchang aioli. Combine flour, cornstarch, cornmeal, and remaining 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl or plate. SWEET AND SPICY SOY GLAZED EDAMAME In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Heat canola oil in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Once heated, add the garlic and ginger. Let cook for one to two minutes, stirring to avoid garlic from burning. Add in the soy sauce mixture and raise the heat to PEACH BOURBON GLAZED PORK CHOPS Bring to a boil and let simmer on the cool side of the grill for about 6-8 minutes. Alternatively, you can also do this part on the stove inside (bring mixture to a boil over high heat, then lower heat to maintain a simmer). During the last minute of cooking, brush peach bourbon glaze all over pork chops. HAVARTI, PEAR, AND WALNUT PUFF PASTRY BITES Preheat oven to 425°F.
