Graduation means being awarded a state-approved certificate or degree once all of the requirements for that degree/certificate have been successfully completed. BACHELOR OF APPLIED SCIENCE Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Applied Management (BASAM) Our BASAM program is open to students who have a two-year degree, such as an AAS, ATA, AA, or AS degree. You will earn upper division credits in applied business management and will start the program as a Junior. As a BASAM graduate, you will be prepared for a variety of TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION Yes, if you: Plan to earn a degree or certificate at SVC. Want to use previous course credit to fulfill pre-requisite requirements. If classes elsewhere apply to a pre-requisite for an SVC class, you may use an unofficial copy of your transcript to receive permission to override prerequisites, though you will want to follow up with a transcript evaluation because those courses will not MYSVC STUDENT TOOLBOX The Student Toolbox is your one-stop place to access everything you need to get started with classes. The following services are available via the MySVC Student Toolbox: unofficial transcripts, scheduled - current and past, student ID lookup, placement test scores, view registration date/time, check/drop classes, open class list, closed class list, education plan, and progress tracker (Degree OBTAINING TRANSCRIPTS Official college transcripts are issued by Skagit Valley College Registar's Office and bear the Registar's signature and college seal. SVC CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM AT SKAGIT VALLEY COLLEGE The Culinary Arts program is among the few culinary programs accepted by the prestigious American Culinary Federation Education Foundation (ACFEF). Course content emphasizing ‘hands-on’ lab work and a variety of flexible teaching techniques are designed to meet the needs of diverse learning styles. Emphasis is placed on the necessity for SAFETY, SECURITY, AND PARKING The Security Office is located in the Knutzen Cardinal Center, in room C-110. Security personnel patrol the campus regularly and can be contacted by phone at 360.416.7777. If you are dialing from a campus phone, only dial the last four digits (7777). Additionally, there are six Assistance Call Boxes located in parking lots around the Mount PARK RANGER LAW ENFORCEMENT ACADEMY Certificate Program.
