Symptoms may be intermittent, leading individuals to resist legally imposed assistance and making it difficult for a court to establish whether or not they are competent to care for themselves. MANAGING VIRTUAL LEARNING FOR STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS If the pandemic has been difficult for student learning, the situation has only been more difficult for students with special needs. From a disruption in teaching styles and formats, to newfound challenges learning in a virtual or hybrid environment, to increased isolation, students with special needs require more attention and consideration as they navigate virtual learning. SIGNS OF FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION INDIVIDUALS WITH The following are signs that someone may be the victim of financial abuse: The individual becomes increasingly isolated. The agent or caregiver suddenly acquires costly items. Missing cash, valuables or financial statements. Lavish spending, monetary gifts to others, transferring of assets. Unpaid bills or termination of utilities.LIFE CARE PLANNING
