CSSP EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE State Examinations Commission extend closing date for the Candidate Self-Service Portal to 1 May 2021 at 6.00pm JUNIOR & LEAVING CERTIFICATE EXAMINATIONS 2021 The number of Classroom Based Assessments (CBAs) to be completed by Junior Certificate students due to sit the exam in 2021 has been reduced from two to one per subject. The dates for the completion of CBA1 for these students has been extended into the new school year. They will also not be required to complete Assessment Tasks for therelevant

STATE EXAMINATIONS
More subjects will be marked online in 2020. By 2021, the SEC intends to extend online marking to the majority of the remaining Leaving Certificate and Junior Cycle subjects. Certain subjects may not be online marked due to low numbers of candidates or for technical reasons. You will sit your examinations in the normal way.OUR CREST & MOTTO

The role of parents in the education of their children is a major element in the Education Act of 1998. Parents are consulted on such matters as the school’s Code of Conduct, policies on bullying and many other aspects of school life. St Declan founded the monastery at Ardmore, Co Waterford (Aird Mhór in Irish, meaning “Great Height”) prior to the arrival of St. Patrick in Ireland, although there is dispute of the dates usually given for Declan’s life (between 350 and 450 A.D.).SCHOOL STAFF
