Breakfast Recipes. Carrot Cake Overnight Oats (Vegan, Gluten Free) Spinach and Cheese Grits Casserole (Gluten Free) Healthy Pumpkin Muffins (Paleo, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free) Egg Wraps Recipe (Gluten-Free, Paleo, Keto) See more Breakfast recipes. CHOCOLATE BLACK BEAN COOKIES (GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE Fold in chocolate chips. Using a 2 tbsp. cookie scoop spoon equal portions out on baking sheet and gently press down with back of fork. Bake in preheated oven 10-14 minutes. Can top with additional chocolate chips if desired. SUMMER FRUIT SALAD (VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE) Rinse strawberries and cut up into bite sized pieces and place in large serving bowl. Add rinsed blueberries, fresh pineapple chunks and peeled mandarin oranges broken into segments. Pour in lime juice, add lime zest and mint leaves and toss together. Store in airtightcontainer in
SOFT ALMOND FLOUR TORTILLAS (GLUTEN FREE) Instructions. Preheat 8 inch non stick skillet over medium heat. Combine almond flour, tapioca flour, cornstarch, baking powder, & salt in large mixing bowl and combine well. In separate small bowl add beaten eggs and milk or liquid of choice. Mix liquid into flour mixture using a hand mixer until everything is thoroughlyincorporated.
MEDITERRANEAN QUINOA BREAKFAST BAKE (GLUTEN FREE) LEMON THYME BAKED RICOTTA CHEESE DIP Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease small casserole dish with olive oil. Place all of the above ingredients in medium mixing bowl and combine well. Pour into prepared casserole dish and bake in preheated oven 20 minutes. Remove from oven and can top with extra olive oil, thyme, & red chili pepper flakes. GREEK STYLE CAULIFLOWER SALAD (GLUTEN FREE & LOW CARB In small mixing bowl combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, oregano, basil, garlic, salt & pepper and whisk together well. Set aside. Meanwhile bring large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Break the cauliflower into small bite sized florets PARMESAN GRILLED ZOODLES Remove from grill and set aside. Place zucchini on grill in pan or you could use aluminum foil. Cook about 5-6 minutes turning several times. Remove zucchini from grill and place in large serving bowl. Chop the veggies into bite size pieces and top on zoodles. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and top with parmesan cheese. Meanwhile add gluten free crackers of choice to food processor and pulse till crumbs. Place enough crumbs on a plate to do one patty and set aside. Add cold mashed potatoes to mixing bowl. Stir in green onions, and cheddar cheese. GREEK SALAD RECIPE (GLUTEN-FREE, EASY) First you'll need to make the greek salad dressing so it has time to blend together. I recommend making the dressing at least an hour in advance. Once you have the dressing prepped you just need to chop up the cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, red onion and bell pepper. Then add feta cheese, toss with vinaigrette and you're good to go! LEMON THYME BAKED RICOTTA CHEESE DIP Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Generously grease small casserole dish with olive oil. It makes the perfect side or even great as a stand alone meal. A super easy dish to make for potlucks or family gatherings. Gluten Free & Vegetarian. RED CABBAGE SALAD (VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE) Instructions. Thinly slice the cabbage and place into large salad bowl along with shredded carrots and red onion. Meanwhile in glass jar add all the dressing ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour over salad and stir till everything combined. Cover and refrigerate till CHEESY CAULIFLOWER BAKE (GLUTEN FREE, EASY) Instructions. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Break cauliflower into florets and put in medium mixing bowl. Coat with olive oil, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Roast in preheated oven on baking sheet about 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place back in mixing bowl. Add mushrooms, onions and give a CHOCOLATE COCONUT FLOUR COOKIES (LOW CARB & PALEO Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment paper. In large mixing bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk together removing any clumps in flour. In small separate bowl whisk eggs with maple syrup and melted coconut oil. EASY HONEY MUSTARD COLESLAW RECIPE (GLUTEN FREE) Shred medium to large cabbage in food processor or can use box grater if you don't have one. Add cabbage to large mixing bow. Then peel and shred carrots and add to cabbage. Stir to combine. In separate small mixing bowl mix together mayo, mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, & garlic powder. Add to cabbage and mix well. TATER TOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE (GLUTEN FREE, EASY) Add kale, garlic powder and cook another 1-2 minutes until slightly wilted. Spread frozen tater tots out on bottom on 9X13 buttered casserole dish. Layer mushroom, kale, onion. pepper mixture on top of frozen tater tots and spread out evenly.
