DAY 1 _TOTAL BODY BARRE 2_ This is an intermediate total body barre workout. You will need your SBF ball, a mat to workout on and a light set of hand weights.*
DAY 2 _ARMS_
This target is all about toning the arms! All you need are light hand weights. If you have multiple sizes of weights it is good to have a couple options during this routine as some of the moves will be more challenging with a heavier set. Listen to my modifications and feelthe burn!

DAY 3 _LOWER BODY BARRE_ This is lower body barre is a great workout to do if you are new to my method as I do quite a bit of set up.
