PIR MOTION SENSOR
You can in fact build your own motion sensor without spending too much. Motion sensors can be setup using ultrasonic transceivers, video cameras or microwave signals. In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to use the PIR motion sensor with a microcontroller. PIR is short for passive infrared which describes how the sensor operates; passive RETLW | MICROCONTROLLER TUTORIALS Return Literal to W W is loaded with the eight-bit literal 'k'. HOW TO USE L298N MOTOR DRIVER The L298N is a motor driver IC by ST Microelectronics. Mounted on an easy-to-use module, the L298N follows an H-bridge configuration for easily changing the direction of a DC motor. It also allows easy motor speed control. The L298N motor drive is also capable of controllingstepper motors.
ARDUINO STATE MACHINE TUTORIAL A finite state machine (FSM) is a theoretical machine that only has one action or state at a time. The machine may go from one state to another if there are inputs (or one input) that triggers the state change. In this article, I will guide you on how to implement an Arduino state machine ARDUINO CURRENT SENSOR TUTORIAL The ACS712 Current Sensor. The ACS712 contains a hall effect sensor that converts its input current to a magnetic field. The strength of this magnetic field gets stronger as the current gets higher. As we discussed in this article, hall effect is a phenomena when a voltage exists on a current-carrying conductor due to the presence of a magnetic field.. This means that the ACS712 follows the 8051 SERIAL INTERFACE TUTORIAL We continue with our series on the 8051 with a tutorial on serial transmission. Data communications via the serial port is an easy way for a microcontroller to ‘talk’ with the outside world. Examples of devices that have serial interfaces are sensors, LCDs, EEPROM, SD cards, and RTCs. Here, IPIR MOTION SENSOR

In this Arduino microphone tutorial, we’ll look at how a sound sensor works. Also, we’ll build a simple clap switch project as an example on how to use a microphone with Arduino. USING RESTFUL APIS WITH ESP32 With its WiFi capabilities, the ESP32 can connect to API services and acquire useful (and sometimes useless) information from the web. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to connect to RESTful APIs using ESP32. Moreover, the usual speed of 0.034 cm/us or 340 m/s, using this formula, only works when the temperature is 14.35 °C! Now let’s see the measurement difference between the two formulas. USING SIM800L GSM MODULE WITH ARDUINO (UPDATED 2020) Go to SIM900 Tutorial if you have that module instead Powering the Board. Power requirements is probably the most common issue with the SIM800L. This board draws a maximum of 2 A with an input voltage of 3.7 V to 4.2 V.This means you must not connect its pins directly to a 5 V Arduino! It doesn't even run on 3.3 V.ESP8266 SPIFFS
SPIFFS or Serial Peripheral Interface Flash File System is a system that utilizes extra flash memory on the ESP8266 and ESP32 for storing files. It’s so named because the user reads, writes or deletes files in the memory using the serial interface. In this article, I CREATING A SIMPLE NODEMCU WEB SERVER Create a simple nodemcu web server. Using the ESP8266 core for the Arduino IDE, create a web server hosted on the nodemcu. Learn how to control objects from your internet browser! An example project is included where a LED is turned on and off on a web page. UPLOADING CAMERA IMAGES FROM RASPBERRY PI TO WEBSITE For those who are looking to work with images on their projects, the Raspberry Pi offer enough tools to work with. This short tutorial will guide you on how you can take pictures using a camera attached to your Pi and then upload those camera images for use in a website. Contents1Setup a Dropbox
SIM800L NETWORK TEST PROJECT I made this project because it seems a lot of people are having trouble with the interfacing the SIM800L with an Arduino, particularly in connecting to a network. Here, I made a simple setup where I was able to display the signal level and the network status on an LCD.Skip to content
