LUXILON SMART STRING REVIEW: LATEST LUXILON TENNIS STRING Luxilon highly recommends to string the Smart string at a lower tension, 44 pounds +/-4lbs (20kg +/-1.5kg). This didn’t bother me since I have been stringing in the mid-40’s for the last several years. However, for a player coming from the high 50’s or even 60’s, dropping that low might be scary.
