Recetas Urbanas is a design and advocacy collective of architects, lawyers and social workers led by Spanish architect Santiago Cirugeda and Alice Attout, who joined in 2008.The collective is based in Seville, Spain and brings to life self-built projects that rely on local participation to realise mobile structures using locally sourced, second and third-hand materials.THE SHOWROOM

Koki Tanaka (b. 1975, Tochigi, Japan) lives in Kyoto. In his diverse art practice spanning video, photography, site-specific installation, and interventional projects, Tanaka visualises and reveals the multiple contexts latent in the most simple of everyday acts.THE SHOWROOM
Niccolo Moscatelli is a curator and an artist. His research focuses on urban public spaces and their politics, the control of urbanism over the population, and minimal gestures of quotidian resistance.THE SHOWROOM

Koki Tanaka (b. 1975, Tochigi, Japan) lives in Kyoto. In his diverse art practice spanning video, photography, site-specific installation, and interventional projects, Tanaka visualises and reveals the multiple contexts latent in the most simple of everyday acts. Tanaka is taking part in this year's Liverpool Biennial, 9 July – 16October 2016.

Recetas Urbanas is a design and advocacy collective of architects, lawyers and social workers led by Spanish architect Santiago Cirugeda and Alice Attout, who joined in 2008.The collective is based in Seville, Spain and brings to life self-built projects that rely on local participation to realise mobile structures using locally sourced, second and third-hand materials.THE SHOWROOM

The Showroom Mural Commission is a unique year-long project for artists to activate the building's emblematic facade.
