UNSTUFFED CABBAGE SKILLET {VEGAN} Instructions. In a large saute pan on high heat, add 2 Tbl of oil. Add sliced onions, stir until coated and cover. Stir every few minutes. Once they start to caramelize, add the chopped cabbage and 1/2 C water. Cover and allow the cabbage to wilt, stirring every HEALTHY VEGAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP Healthy Vegan Cream of Celery Soup. Allow the soup to cool slightly, remove the bay leaf, add the chopped herbs and in small batches, puree in a high-powered blender or food processor until smooth. VEGAN CANTALOUPE ICE CREAM Whip the cold coconut milk along with the sugar in a stand mixer until it thickens slightly - similar to sour cream. Combine the coconut cream mixture with the cantaloupe puree. Once blended, add to an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes. It will be soft-serve consistency at this point. For a firmer, scoopable ice cream, freeze the mixture for VEGAN EVAPORATED AND CONDENSED MILK I decided to take on Libby’s Famous Pumpkin Pie veganizing only the evaporated milk and replacing the eggs in a little experiment (which you can view here). Evaporated Milk is merely milk with 60% of water removed. It differs from Condensed Milk only in that condensed milk contains sugar, salt and vanilla.
