Add lemon juice, wine or vegetable stock, reserved pasta water and capers, reduce heat and simmer until sauce starts to thicken. BLACKBERRY BALSAMIC GLAZE 1 cup fresh blackberries. Instructions. Place vinegar, maple syrup and herbs, if using, and blackberries in a small saucepan, gently crush some of the berries with your fingers or back of a spoon, bring to a boil, once boiling reduce heat to low. Allow glaze to gently simmer, stirring occasionally. PINK MOSCATO LIMONCELLO SPRITZER Garnish with lemon slice and mint. Serve immediately. Muddle method: Place about 3 to 4 slices of lemons into cocktail shaker or small pitcher add 7 mint leaves and muddle. Add wine and limoncello to shaker, place top on shaker and shake vigorously, if using pitcher,stir with spoon.

Instructions. In a large pot add your sauce, water, salt, garlic, Italian seasoning, chopped basil and pasta. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once boiling reduce heat cover and simmer stirring occasionally. THE BEST VEGAN SOUR CREAM Soak overnight, if you want this goodness sooner, soak for 2 to 3 hours. Drain and rinse well and place in blender. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You may have to stop and scrape down the sides occasionally or add a bit of water as KALE & FARRO STUFFED PEPPERS 2 cups chopped kale. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese. Instructions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees for roasting peppers. Rinse the farro with cold water, add 4 cups of water and farro to a large stock pot, cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes or until tender and chewy. APPLE CINNAMON BAKED OATMEAL Instructions. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×6 deep sided baking dish or 9×9 square dish with vegan butter, butter or coconut oil. In a medium bowl mix together oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside. Peel, core and thinly sliceapples.
