Cut along the fat lines and remove the thick membrane to get some neat chunks of beef for slicing. HOMEMADE MULTIGRAIN BREAD (EASY RECIPE!) Instructions. Add the multigrain flour to the bowl of a stand mixer or a large heat-proof mixing bowl. Cover, leaving the heat on high. Let it cook for 20 to 30 seconds. Remove the cover and add the sauce mixture and white pepper. Add the beef back to PEANUT SAUCE: THE BEST ALL-PURPOSE RECIPE! Peanut Sauce Recipe Instructions. Add all of the ingredients (garlic, ginger, peanut butter, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil) and any optional add-ins into a small bowl. Add the hot water, and stir to combine until you have a smooth sauce. Alternatively, you can make this in a food processor for a smoother texture. CHINESE TOMATO EGG STIR-FRY, 番茄炒鸡蛋 Add 1 more tablespoon oil to the wok, turn up the heat to high, and add the tomatoes and scallions. Stir-fry for 1 minute, and then add 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste), and ¼ cup water (if your stove gets very hot and liquid tends to cook off very quickly in your wok, add a little more water). Add the cooked eggs. HOW TO MAKE A CLEAR BROTH: 2 KEY SECRETS! Preparing Ingredients: Soak meat/bones for at least 1 hour to get rid of excess blood and impurities. This includes chicken/chicken bones, pork/pork bones, and beef/beef bones, etc. Change the water out 1-2 times, and once soaked, thoroughly rinse clean. After soaking and washing, you must also blanch the meat/bones. SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI (EASY AUTHENTIC TAKEOUT RECIPE!) Shrimp & Broccoli Recipe Instructions. First, prepare the shrimp and broccoli. Next, in a medium pot, set 4 cups of water to a boil. While that’s happening, mix the chicken stock, sugar, soy sauces, oyster sauce, sesame oil and white pepper and set aside. Blanch the broccolifor 30 seconds.
