Well, if you’re gonna build a mean café racer, build the meanest café racer. 2,294cc should do it. In the late ‘90’s Triumph embarked on the Rocket III Project with the aim CLIFF’S SUZUKI SAVAGE CAFE RACER Cliff used to scoot about on the back of his Dad’s motorcycle back in the UK as a young lad, so it would only be a matter of time before he grabbed some wheels for himself. After coming across a Suzuki LS650 Café Racer build at the Sydney Motor show last year, some ideas popped into his head and the fires of a project bike were starting toburn.

FALKE - ADRIAN’S SOL INVICTUS MERCURY Falke is a stocky, gruff 250cc machine that’s been stripped back and rebuilt to showcase the minimalistic lines and simplicity of these newcomer beauties. The Yamaha TR1 of the early 80’s was in fact more cruiser than café racer, more chill than aggressive, and to be frank, more ugly than Ms Universe (or Mr Universe for those who will claim we are sexist). It is a 75-degree V-twin engine with a capacity of 981 cc and a top speed of 184kph. The engine is a stressed part of the frame, which S.S. SCOOTER ENGINEERING S.S. Scooter Engineering. JONNY’S SPEED SHOP Jonny’s Speed Shop. Pete Cagnacci. Published on October 20, 2017. Jonny is an average Kiwi bloke that I encountered on my trans-Tasman infiltration. He likes bikes, beer, and has posters of naked women on his walls. It should be mentioned that the bikes he likes are tiny turbo machines, and that he opens his beer with his forehead. She was clearly blessed by some recreational substances – but none the less, with that name James’s ’83 Yamaha XS650 had now been dubbed. BUZZ BOMB - SANDY’S ’73 VESPA SPRINT VELOCE Originally purchased when Sandy was living in the UK, the scooter was in all original condition, with a pea green body and plenty of dents and prangs. After acquiring it, Sandy was quick to get cracking into making this 1973 Vespa Sprint Veloce something to suit his needs. “First off I gave it a coat of gunmetal grey and a 180cc upgrade.Skip to content
