To receive certification you will have shown mastery in basic to advanced knitting techniques and the ability to research and learn new techniques. You will have experience in design and pattern writing and have knowledge of the history and techniques of knitting. The title of Certified Master Knitter is respected throughout the knittingindustry.
MEMBERSHIP – THE KNITTING GUILD ASSOCIATION Membership. TKGA is the only national nonprofit organization dedicated specifically to knitting. A membership gives you 12 months of online access to: Great technical information. Cast On magazine, the educational journal for knitting. TKGA Correspondence and MiniCourses.
MACHINE KNITTING COURSES This course is designed for the owners of the double-bed PASSAP knitting machines, the DM5, DM80 and the E-6000. It will take you from looking at what appears to be a complex piece of machinery to making a sweater. From their you are only limited by your imagination.
