RHYTHM AND VINES FESTIVAL IN NEW ZEALAND: A FESTIVAL R&V began in 2003, set up by Otago University students in their family vineyard. It’s got bigger every year and has seen the likes of Netsky, Chase & Status, Sub Focus, Chet Faker, Carl Cox & Major Lazer among MANY more grace its stages.. Its unique location, in the valley of a large vineyard is the perfect backdrop for this picturesquefestival.
REVIEW OF DOMINATOR FESTIVAL: THE #1 HARDCORE FESTIVAL IN July 2, 2017. by Tendelle. My rating of the festival: 9.5/10. At my first hardcore festival, ever, I went with low or even negative expectations. I was blown away by everything – the production, the music, and the crowd. My only complaint was that it ended too early. For those that plan on visiting the Red Light District, it’s important to know that purple lights in the window signifies that the lady is a transvestite! This is red. BERLIN CHINATOWN & BEST ASIAN FOOD Charlottenburg Chinatown- Kantstrasse 康德大街. The closest thing you’ll get to a Chinatown in Berlin is the avenue of Kantstrasse, located in the Charlottenburg neighborhood. It’s where the first Chinese immigrants arrived to in the 1800’s, and where the Chinese students lived when the second wave arrived in the 1920’s. ASOT FESTIVAL UTRECHT REVIEW ASOT Festival Utrecht Review. My rating for the event: 6.5/10 from a non-trance fan. If I were a huge fan of trance, I suppose it would be 8/10. The organization was great, but I felt like it lacked the umph factor of a “Festival” and I wasn’t in love with the crowd. This brought me back to the time I was at a Magaluf party in 2015 – a memory that I prefer not to reminisce WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE ASIAN IN BRAZIL Basically, it is just like any other nightclub (or university party, as the people there tend to be quite young), but with a 90% Asian population. Being in a room full of hundreds of Japanese Brazilians that only speak Portuguese is quite a sight to behold. Furthermore, half the people who responded “yes” took at least 3 EDM trips in the past year! Let’s put this in context: According to a Skift study, only 38% of Americans traveled for leisure in 2014 (41% for the age 18-24group).

My good friend YR has already made many appearances on my blog. DANCE MUSIC AROUND THE WORLD My two passions are dance music and travel. So, whenever I travel, I try to combine the trip with a dance music event – nothing makes me happier than to feel the energy of the crowds and check out the EDM scene of a foreign land. I write reviews on the event or venue – WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE ASIAN IN BRAZIL Basically, it is just like any other nightclub (or university party, as the people there tend to be quite young), but with a 90% Asian population. Being in a room full of hundreds of Japanese Brazilians that only speak Portuguese is quite a sight to behold. It’s amazing how so much can change in five years. Five years ago, in the summer of 2009, I did a summer internship for two months in Barcelona. It was my first time living in a foreign country on my own and everything was glorious. Well, minus one thing: DANCE MUSIC TOURISM STATISTICS The answer was, yes, a lot! Two-thirds (66%) of American EDM fans have taken at least a trip for EDM in the past year. Furthermore, half the people who responded “yes” took at least 3 EDM trips in the past year! Let’s put this in context: According to a Skift study, only 38% of Americans traveled for leisure in 2014 (41% for the age 18-24group).
ULTIMATE BERGHAIN GUIDE: THIRD TIME'S A CHARM AT BERLIN'S Berlin is the Techno capital of the world, and Berghain is at its epicenter. People call it THE church of techno. Thousands of techno-lovers and curious tourists descend upon Berlin for the sole reason of entering Berghain every weekend, and less than 50% make the cut after waiting in lines that often exceed two hours. ASOT FESTIVAL UTRECHT REVIEW ASOT Festival Utrecht Review. My rating for the event: 6.5/10 from a non-trance fan. If I were a huge fan of trance, I suppose it would be 8/10. The organization was great, but I felt like it lacked the umph factor of a “Festival” and I wasn’t in love with the crowd. A State of Trance – ASOT – is well-known to be the most important TOMORROWLAND FESTIVAL REVIEW: BEST FESTIVAL EVER, OR Tomorrowland’s scale cannot be beat – 15 stages and 180,000 people from over 75 countries. However, two general impressions that detracted from my experience – 1) Too big! July 2, 2017. by Tendelle. It’s amazing how so much can change in five years. Five years ago, in the summer of 2009, I did a summer internship for two months in Barcelona. It was my first time living in a foreign country on my own and everything was glorious. Well, minus one thing: ASOT FESTIVAL UTRECHT REVIEW ASOT Festival Utrecht Review. My rating for the event: 6.5/10 from a non-trance fan. If I were a huge fan of trance, I suppose it would be 8/10. The organization was great, but I felt like it lacked the umph factor of a “Festival” and I wasn’t in love with the crowd. A State of Trance – ASOT – is well-known to be the most important DANCE MUSIC TOURISM STATISTICS The answer was, yes, a lot! Two-thirds (66%) of American EDM fans have taken at least a trip for EDM in the past year. Furthermore, half the people who responded “yes” took at least 3 EDM trips in the past year! Let’s put this in context: According to a Skift study, only 38% of Americans traveled for leisure in 2014 (41% for the age 18-24group).

Travel à la Tendelle is a travel blog focused on electronic dance music nightlife and festival travel.. I believe that music has the unique power to bond us, not only to one another but also to the destination. My happiest moments in life have been at festivals or clubs dancing to electronic music, and through that I have connected with fellow event-goers and generated strong positive BERLIN CHINATOWN & BEST ASIAN FOOD Charlottenburg Chinatown- Kantstrasse 康德大街. The closest thing you’ll get to a Chinatown in Berlin is the avenue of Kantstrasse, located in the Charlottenburg neighborhood. It’s where the first Chinese immigrants arrived to in the 1800’s, and where the Chinese students lived when the second wave arrived in the 1920’s. WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE ASIAN IN BRAZIL Basically, it is just like any other nightclub (or university party, as the people there tend to be quite young), but with a 90% Asian population. Being in a room full of hundreds of Japanese Brazilians that only speak Portuguese is quite a sight to behold.
