UBUD FOOD FESTIVAL
Ubud Food Festival is a major annual project of the Yayasan Mudra Swari Saraswati, with a vision of enriching the lives of Indonesians through community-building and cultural programs. It is the sibling event of Ubud Writers & Readers Festival and Bali Emerging Voices Program. UFF20 is postponed until further notice.BUY TICKETS

Just west of Ubud town, after crossing the sacred river of Campuhan, there is an artist colony village of Penestanan, known as the home of the “Young Artists”, which has a distinctive painting style influenced by the western painter, Arie Smith. INDONESIAN SUPERFOODS: CASSAVA Cassava also contains a lot of vitamin C, promotes collagen production which improves skin condition, it is rich in fiber, antioxidants and saponin. As much as 60% of Indonesia’s soybean crop is used as the basic ingredients for tempe. Most tempe is produced in cottage industries or home industries – only a few medium scale industries produce tempe. INDONESIAN SUPERFOODS: COCONUT There are now more than 50 coconut products and its derivatives traded widely around the world. Among the food and drink products are coconut oil, coconut butter, coconut flour, coconut milk, coconut water, coconut flakes, coconut aminos, coconut vinegar, and coconut sugar.
