IRISH TEA BRACK RECIPE Add liquid ingredients, stir and mix well. Add mash bananas. Pour into a loaf tin. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes (or until a metal skewer comes out clean). I baked this at 180 degrees Celsius for the first 20 minutes, then lowered to 160 degrees for the next 50 GARLIC BÉCHAMEL SAUCE 1 teaspoon margarine. 1-2 gloves garlic, grated of finely chopped (or teaspoon garlic paste) Salt to taste. Water (room temperature) In a (preferably non-stick) pan, add the margarine and garlic on low heat. Sautee for 1 minute. Mix the flour with a little water in a glass or small bowl. Stir and mix well to remove all lumps. SAVOURY VEGGIE PANCAKES 3-4 fresh tomatoes. To make batter, mix the vinegar to the soy milk, let stand for a few minutes. Add all dry ingredients for the batter in a bowl. Pour in the soy milk mixture and mix well. In a skillet or non-stick pan, toss the fresh mushrooms in some oil on medium heat. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour. Make a well in the centre and carefully pour in the hot water. With the help of a spoon, stir the mixture to combine the flour andwater.

Homemade Soy Yogurt. Ingredients (for 1 litre of yogurt). 1 litre of homemade soy milk (watch the video above or use unsweetened PLAIN soy milk with water and soybeans as the only ingredients like Edensoy or Westsoy ). Starter – OIL-BASED VEGAN SHORTCRUST PASTRY (NO BUTTER/MARGARINE Start working with your fingers and mix the oil around. Then, similar to making shortcrust pastry, gently rub in the flour and oil mixture with your fingers to create something that eventually looks like fine breadcrumbs. Add the aquafaba. You may need to add 1 HOW TO MAKE SPICED CHAI TEA (LOOSE LEAF OR TEA BAGS Method 1: Spiced Tea in a Saucepan/Teapot. Start by adding the spices to a saucepan and fill it with about 500 ml (2 cups) of water. Split the cardamom pods by pressing and tearing it at one end towards the other.
