Wednesday night, Victory Club members spent their evening at Galerie Gmurzynska, a Zurich-based art gallery that is known for its modern, contemporary and Russian avant-garde exhibitions. Preheat the oven to 225. Separate the eggs, leaving the whites in a metal mixing bowl. Add 2 cups of sugar to the egg whites. Whisk until sugar and egg whites are evenly combined. Fill half a sauce pan with water over a medium flame. Place the mixing bowl in the hot water. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved. JOAN DIDION, "GOODBYE TO ALL THAT." I was in love with New York. Set a pot of water to boil. Add the salt. Chop the garlic cloves into pieces about the size of a pea. In a sauce pan, combine the olive oil, almonds, and garlic. Sprinkle with salt. DINNER AT HUDSON YARDS WITH ART PRODUCTION FUND The name, "Folded Victory," was inspired by an Elizabeth Bishop poem and alludes to a passion for finding beauty in everyday things. Bishop talks about "folded sunsets": sunsets that look like they're folding as they sink into the West but also flat images of the most regular thing.Folded victories are excellent things, captured and shared. AN EVENING AT 70 VESTRY An Evening at 70 Vestry. Last Tuesday, June, 13th, Victory Club members celebrated an evening with Avenue Magazine at 70 Vestry Street . DINNER AT ZAHA HADID 520 W 28TH STREET Chefanie served a meal inspired by Zaha Hadid. The starter was a chilled cauliflower soup with a bridge-stick (breadstick modeled after Hadid's Sheikh Zayed Bridge in Abu Dhabi.) For the main course, guests were presented with Chicken Paillard with spring vegetables topped with grated parmesan cheese, grated by the Zaha Hadid cheese graterfrom Alessi.

VISIT WITH MITCHELL SCHORR The name, "Folded Victory," was inspired by an Elizabeth Bishop poem and alludes to a passion for finding beauty in everyday things. Bishop talks about "folded sunsets": sunsets that look like they're folding as they sink into the West but also flat images of the most regular thing.Folded victories are excellent things, captured and shared.
