MOUCHÃO - CVRA - VINHOS DO ALENTEJO Producers > Mouchão. This 900-hectare estate called Herdade do Mouchão was bought at the end of the 19th century by John Reynolds to supply the cork business started by his grandfather. The family then planted several plots of vines and in 1901 built a traditional winery, with thick mud-bricks, whitewashed walls and roofed in Portuguesetiles.
