The Cotswold Water Park is an area of over 40 square miles and 180 lakes, with many different leisure providers, and a variety of places to stay. Cotswold Lakes Trust is working with a range of partners to integrate nature conservation and wildlife into the current and future development of the Cotswold Water Park, creating new reserves whilst maximising the contribution to nature conservation from built development, mineral extraction and the provision of sports andrecreation.

There are family (and dog!) friendly country pubs, quirky tea rooms, lakeside bars and brasseries where you can watch all the action on the water without even getting wet! If you go exploring, you are sure to find some great picnic places, alongside the river Thames, or near secluded bird hides, or at the edge of a lake, with only the local RESOURCES & DOCUMENTS It describes the biological resources of an area and commits a detailed plan for the protection and enhancement of these resources or put simply making the Cotswold Water Park better for wildlife. Lake 32 Outdoor Centre is situated on a forty-four acre lake at Keynes Country Park. We have toilets, hot showers, camping area ( group camping only) and changing facilities. WELCOME TO THE COTSWOLD WATER PARK WEBSITE CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK The Cotswold Water Park Trust car parks, The Gateway Information Centre and many of the leisure operators are temporarily closed until further notice. For your safety, please stay local for your daily exercise, observe social distancing and do not travel unnecessarily. We will open our car parks again as soon as possible, after which, we’d love for as many of you as possible to consider becoming a member of the Trust – the local independent charity caring for this beautiful landscape and its wildlife. Members park for free in all our car parks, all year round, and there are many other benefits too, but most of all you’ll be helping the Trust to carry out our crucialwork.
The Cotswold Water Park is an area of 40 square miles, with more than 170 lakes set across the countryside of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire andWest Oxfordshire.
The Cotswold Water Park Trust is a charity which does much more than look after the tourism potential of the area – including estate management, biodiversity protection, conservation and wildlife protection. We rely on membership subscriptions and donations to fund our important work, and on our volunteers who do amazing work on behalf of the community. Within the Cotswold Water Park there is a diverse range of businesses offering accommodation, leisure activities and food and drink. This website, which is managed by The Cotswold Water Park Trust, brings many of those businesses together to provide a central listing of what is available within this major tourist destination.
