MCLEAN COUNTY OPENS COVID VACCINE APPOINTMENTS FOR NEXT The McLean County Health Department (MCHD) has announced it will begin scheduling COVID vaccine appointments for all eligible first-dose recipients starting at 11 a.m. for its clinics next week. That includes those in Phases 1A, 1B and 1B+ populations .The department has clinics scheduled March 23-27 at Grossinger Motors Arena indowntown
WHY WE’RE NO LONGER REPORTING ON COVID-19 CASES EVERY DAY There are still about 20 people from McLean County hospitalized with COVID-19. But we are going to stop our daily COVID-19 stories because the numbers are down significantly, including active cases, testing positivity rate, and new deaths. During previous spikes in 2020, it was important for the public to be able to closely monitor daily case BILL TO EXPAND PARENTAL LEAVE FOR TEACHERS, SCHOOL WORKERS State Sen.
