Bring 3-4 cups of water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, turn off the, add in the cashews, and cover the pot. Soak the cashews in the hot water for 30 minutes to an hour. Drain and thoroughly rinse the cashews. BBQ BLACK BEAN BURGERS (NO CRUMBLE) Set aside 1/4 cup of the black beans. Mash the rest of the beans in a large mixing bowl. Once the beans are mashed add the remaining ingredients to your bowl and mix. Finish mixing the ingredients with your hands until it comes together.
