Held each week over four weeks, each 2 hour Resilience for Life program sessions is designed to help you learn positive ways of dealing with day to day problems, life stresses andchanges.
TRAK FORWARD FAMILY VIOLENCE SUPPORT PROGRAM TRAK Forward is a therapeutic program. This means it focusses on healing so you can recover from family violence. Each family is allocated a dedicated TRAK Forward worker. They will work with you to customise a program of support that will meet your needs. The goal is for you to be able to move forward, start recovering and build on yourgoals.
ENGAGING FAMILIES OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROGRAM SUPPORT COORDINATION Standard Support Coordination consultation - $98.06 per hour. Specialist Support Coordination consultation - $186.58 per hour. Other charges may apply including travel time. You may be able to reduce these costs through specific funding, such as NDIS. VICTIMS ASSISTANCE SUPPORT Victims Assistance Support Service purpose. Victims Assistance Program (VAP) is a voluntary program that provides confidential information, advice and supports for the needs that arise as a direct consequence of a violent crime including family violence, sexual assault, physical assault and homicide. We are thrilled to say that our new Initiative Building Respectful Relationships has been a great success. Over 100 Year 8 students from Cranbourne Secondary College, underwent the program facilitated by two members of our Counselling team with specialist knowledge of family violence, relationships, sexual assault and gender-based violence. Family Day Care In Home Care WINDERMERE EARLY LEARNING CENTRE High quality, centre based care to give your child the best start in life. Set in a stunning natural environment, our early learning centre in Frankston is a caring, supportive, learning environment for your child. From the extensive, interactive outside play spaces - complete with chickens and veggie garden - to dedicated work rooms and separate sleep rooms for infants, your child will be TRAK FORWARD FAMILY VIOLENCE SUPPORT PROGRAM TRAK Forward is a therapeutic program. This means it focusses on healing so you can recover from family violence. Each family is allocated a dedicated TRAK Forward worker. They will work with you to customise a program of support that will meet your needs. The goal is for you to be able to move forward, start recovering and build on yourgoals.
FOR PEOPLE WITH AN NDIS PLAN Little Rays Supported Playgroup. What: A supported playgroup for children with family interaction Who: Children aged 0-6 years living in Cardinia, who are eligible for Early Intervention services Where: Berwick We provide a developmentally enriched environment for children to play and learn. EARLY CHILDHOOD INTERVENTION SERVICES (ECEI) & KEY WORKER Our specialist Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) Key Worker team support young children, aged 0-6 years of age, who have a disability or developmental delay to reach their full potential. Utilising a Key Worker model of practice, we provide a range of therapy and supports which will best assist your child’s wellbeingand development.
KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM Kindergarten Program. Our structured and evidence-informed Kindergarten Program in Frankston is located within our state of the art Early Learning Centre, offering the added convenience of long daycare. Service includes Support to develop a safety plan Support and advocacy with legal serviceg Referrals to additional supports such as counselling, family therapy and group work Support and advocacy with current housing provider to stabilise tenancy, and make your home safe Exploring alternative safe, secure housingBEYOND THE VIOLENCE
About the program. An 8 week program helping families establish safety, rebuild relationships and move forward with their lives. Facilitated by Anglicare Victoria, this support program is conducted with two groups running simultaneously - one for parents and one for children.
