Homemade Buttermilk Bread (3 Ingredient) Homemade Buttermilk Bread which requires only 3 ingredients ! Soft, easy to slice and use as you would everyday white bread (no yeast) Here is a Buttermilk Bread (no yeast) recipe which I have been making on and off for years ! Every now and then I either crave the taste of a just baked, . OLD-FASHIONED OATMEAL BARS Instructions. Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – line a 20 x 30cm (9x 12 inch) oven dish with baking paper (let the edges hang over the dish for easier removal) Melt together the Butter and Maple Syrup in a large mixing bowl {microwavable} – stir in the Baking Soda and Allspice. Add the Oatmeal, Flour and Sugar – stir untilwell
AMISH HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE Instructions. Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C ( 350 deg F ) - spray a 23 x 33cm ( 9 x 13 inch ) oven dish with cooking oil. Over medium heat, in a large saucepan, melt the Butter, stir in the Flour until smooth (like a paste) Add Milk and Cheese - stir until Cheese has melted - remove from heat - MUSSELS IN LEMON GARLIC-BUTTER SAUCE Instructions. Melt the Butter in a large skillet (with a lid) – saute the Onion, Garlic and Chili Flakes until soft. Add the White Wine and simmer until reduced by two thirds – add the Cream and simmer 2 – 3 minutes. Add the Mussels and cover the skillet – over low heat, steam the Mussels until cooked – about 8 – 10 minutes.COCA-COLA MEATBALLS
Instructions. Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – Spray a 20 x 30cm ( 8 x 12 inch ) oven dish with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Beef, Bread Crumbs, Egg, Water, half of the chopped Onion, (half of the Green Bell Pepper, if using) half the Salt and half the Black Pepper – mix well and form into balls – place BEST STEAK MARINADE IN EXISTENCE Best steak marinade ever ! Besides being the best marinade for all types of beef steaks, the marinade is also awesome with the following: Pork. Poultry. Lamb. Seafood (not longer than 30 minutes though, as seafood is already very tender) Vegetables (again not too long, only long enough to absorb some flavor) Roasts. AMARULA CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CAKE Instructions. Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – spray and line a 24 cm (9 inch) cake pan (see post for suggestions) Combine the Cocoa and the Boiling Water – stir until the Cocoa has dissolved and the mixture is smooth – set aside to cool. BILTONG SOUP (BEEF JERKY) Biltong Soup is a creamy, rich and hearty soup made using traditional South-African Biltong which is similar (but not 100% same) as "Beef Jerky". Serve as an appetizer or for dinner with fresh bread. NO YEAST HOT CROSS BUNS Pre-heat the oven to 220 deg C (450 deg F) – butter a 20 x 30cm (8 x 12 inch) oven dish. Combine the Self-Raising Flour, Salt, Spice and Cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl – add the Butter and rub in until combined. Add the Sugar, Raisins and the Egg – stir to mix – add just enough Milk, little by little, to form a stiff dough. TERIYAKI CHICKEN STIR-FRY Add the Frozen Vegetables to the wok and stir-fry until soft but still a little crisp – add back the cooked Chicken. In a small bowl combine the Teriyaki Sauce, Soy Sauce, Vinegar, Garlic, Ginger and Water – stir in the Cornflour (whisk lightly) until smooth. Pour the sauce over the Chicken and Vegetables in the wok and stir – cookuntil

SALAD: Combine the Pasta, Ham, Cheese, Spring Onions and red Bell Pepper in a large mixing bowl. DRESSING: Whisk together the Mayonnaise, Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper – pour over the Pasta mixture and stir through – cover and chill for at least 2 hours. BACON AND CHEESE BREAD Instructions. Pre-heat oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – Spray a cake pan or loaf pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with baking paper. Sift the Flour, Salt and Sugar together – Add the Bacon, Cheddar and Parsley and stir to combine. Beat the Oil, Eggs and Milk together in a separate bowl – Add to the Flour mixture and mix well. OXTAIL (SLOW-COOKER) Instructions. Saute the Onions in a little oil until soft and slightly brown, remove from pan and keep aside. Roll the Oxtail pieces in the Seasoned Flour and fry all sides until just browned. Place the Oxtail, together with the sauteed Onions in the slow-cooker, cover with Boiling water, add the Vinegar and Brown sugar, cover with lid andcook
