FUNDING - WOLFSON
Funding for places. Most of our funding (about 85%) is for capital infrastructure, i.e. buildings (new build or refurbishments) and equipment. These awards support excellence across the following fields: education; science & medicine; the arts & humanities; health &disability.

Paul began work in the Foundation as a Grants Assistant in 1998, working his way up to Chief Executive. How to claim. Grants can be claimed (in arrears) once the element of the project that we are funding has been carried out, even if the main project is still ongoing. We make grant payments at the end of every month, except in August, when no payments are made. If you send us your claim documents by the 15th of the month, we shall try to release THE WOLFSON FOUNDATION GRANT HOLDERS Grant holders. Your Letter of Award will give details of your award offer and any associated conditions. Accompanying this letter will be our Grant Conditions leaflet (PDF) and an Award Acceptance that you need to sign and return to us. This should be done as soon as possible after receipt of the offer. The grant should be claimed within the GRANT HOLDERS REPORTING Reporting. Six month progress reports are a condition of the grant and should reach us by 30 April and 31 October each year until the grant is fully claimed. These short reports help us to understand how the project that we’ve funded is progressing, keep us updated on when you expect to claim the grant and are part of our due diligenceprocess.
7.8 MILLION AWARDED TO SCIENCE PROJECTS AND SECONDARY We are pleased to announce capital grants of £7.8m million for scientific infrastructure projects and secondary schools across the UK. We support the conservation, restoration and interpretation of places of worship of other faiths and denominations through our funding for historic buildings and landscapes.
