FULL-TIME: WOLVES 3-0 NORWICH Diogo Jota scored twice before Raúl Jiménez rounded off a comfortable victory over bottom club Norwich. Neves also rattled the crossbar. Wolves move up to eighth, two points off Manchester Unitedand five off
fourth-placed Chelsea. Next up for Wolves? A trip to Barcelona, to take on Espanyol in the second leg of their Europa League round of 32 tie; they head to Spain on Thursday with a 4-0 aggregate lead. A healthy few days for Nuno and co. Updated at 11.02am EST2h ago 10:52
FULL-TIME: MANCHESTER UNITED 3-0 WATFORD Job done. Emphatic finishes by Bruno Fernandes, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood hoist Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s side up to fifth. In the end, a very satisfying afternoon’s work for United, who were slow out of the blocks. The brilliant Fernandes passed home a penalty before Martial scooped the ball over Ben Foster, and then the 18-year-old Greenwood got in on the act with arguably the best goal of the lot, sending a rasping strike in off the crossbar. Updated at 10.53am EST2h ago 10:49
90 MIN: We are into three minutes of added time at Old Trafford. Down at Molineux, there will be five minutes of stoppage time. Updated at 10.50am EST2h ago 10:48
89 MIN: Chong goes close to finding a fourth! He opens up on to his left, picks his spot ... but the finish is lacking. Matic superblysupplied Chong.
Updated at 10.48am EST2h ago 10:47
88 MIN: Manchester Unitedare almost
there. Ighalo went close to adding a fourth a moment ago, but he fires into the side netting after seizing on a poor header by Adam Masina, who inadvertently plunged Foster into trouble.2h ago 10:45
85 MIN: Ben Godfrey catches Jonny, the Wolves wing-back, with a poor challenge and the Spaniard is belatedly forced off at Molineux. Rúben Vinagre is on. Godfrey was cautioned following a VAR check. Updated at 10.45am EST2h ago 10:42
84 MIN: A half-decent afternoon for Bournemouth and Aston Villa, after demoralising defeats to Burnley and Southampton respectively. Norwich will be eight points from safety with 11 games to play. Updated at 10.43am EST2h ago 10:38
81 MIN: Tom Cleverley replaces Doucouré, and gets a warm ovation from all quarters of Old Trafford. Ighalo got a decent reception, too. Updated at 10.39am EST2h ago 10:38
80 MIN: A flurry of changes at Old Trafford. Scott McTominay is on for Fred, Tahith Chong replaces Greenwood and Odion Ighalo replaces Martial. Greenwood has scored 11 goals in all competitions this season, the most of any Premier Leagueteenager. No
wonder Southgate fancies him for England. Updated at 10.40am EST2h ago 10:34
GOAL! MAN UTD 3-0 WATFORD (GREENWOOD, 76) A sumptuous finish, in off the crossbar. Greenwood carries the ball out from his own half after Hughes loses possession and drives forward. He skips past one challenge before laying the ball off to his right, playing a lovely one-two with Bruno Fernandes – who has had a very good game in midfield – and Greenwood promptly lashes the ball into the far corner. United are moving up to fifth place in style, even if the scoreline is a little flattering. Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood scores their third goal. 76 MIN: As if things couldn’t get any worse for Norwich, Adama Traoré has just entered for Wolves. The winger replaces Raúl Jiménez. “How did rugby lose Traoré to football?” emails Mary Waltz. A valid point ... Updated at 10.37am EST2h ago 10:32
75 MIN: Manchester United, as unconvincing as they have been at times, should be home and dry. Bruno Fernandes floats a cross in for Harry Maguire but Slabhead cannot direct his header on target. That was afine chance.
2h ago 10:30
71 MIN: There is some concern for Conor Coady, after the Wolves skipper comes off worse from a nasty collision with Josip Drmic. Coady slid in to challenge Pukki and ended up taking a whack. Wolves’ medical staff cover Coady’s face in ice, but the defender is hard as nails and is OK to continue. Coady gets a booking for the challenge and, after a quick concussion test, it’s back to business.2h ago 10:27
70 MIN: Ismaïla Sarr replaces Roberto Pereyra, as Nigel Pearson makeshis first Watford
change. Anthony Martial has scored in three successive appearances in all club competitions for the first time since September 2017.2h ago 10:24
66 MIN: No hat-trick for Diogo Jota this afternoon. The Portuguese has been replaced by another Portuguese, Pedro Neto. Norwich have made a double change, with Emi Buendía and Josip Drmić on for Rupp and Duda. As for Jota, he’s had worse weeks ... Updated at 10.24am EST2h ago 10:22
65 MIN: Solskjær on Martial earlier this week: > _ I think Anthony can step up, get a few more and get to the 20 > mark. Definitely. He’s got quality of course, he’s a very good > finisher. He takes his chances really well. There’s good technique > in his finishing. He’s good receiving the ball at times and > dropping off. 63 MIN: It has hardly been vintage United, but they are two goals to the good and that Martial goal was a beauty. Martial can be so frustrating – but there is no doubting his raw ability. Elsewhere, Wolves lead 3-0. They are absolutely cruising. Updated at 10.21am EST2h ago 10:17
GOAL! MAN UTD 2-0 WATFORD (MARTIAL, 59) A brisk move, and a superb, nerveless finish. Martial scoops the ball over Ben Foster after initially being repelled by the Watford goalkeeper. The move itself was exquisite, as United clicked into gear with some wonderful one-touch football. Martial’s first effort was saved but he kept his cool and cheekily dinked the ball over Foster to double United’sadvantage.

GOAL! WOLVES 3-0 NORWICH (JIMÉNEZ, 50) Wolves are home and hosed. Raúl Jiménez gets in on the act after Jota’s shot cannoned off the inside of a post and he taps in Wolves’ third. Dendoncker kickstarts the move, seizing possession on halfway before slipping in Jota, who goes mightily close. Jiménez converts the rebound. They are a slick attacking partnership. Raul Jimenez scores their third goal. Photograph: Andrew Yates/Reuters Updated at 10.24am EST2h ago 10:08
50 MIN: This second half is shaping up similar to the first from aManchester United
perspective,
with Dan James proving to be the dangerman down the left flank. When he’s in possession, Watford look panicked. Other than James’ odd foray forward, a nondescript start to the second period.2h ago 10:03
46 MIN: We’re back under way at Old Trafford and Molineux. No changes at half-time. Wolves, who are cruising against Norwich, will be hoping for more of the same. Tim Krul tipped a fine Rúben Neves strike on to the crossbar on the brink of the interval. Updated at 10.04am EST3h ago 09:55
A JUICY HALF-TIME STAT TO GET STUCK INTO, courtesy of Opta: Bruno Fernandes has scored each of the last 13 penalties he has taken in top-flight football (12/12 with Sporting and 1/1 with Man Utd) since missing for Udinese in April 2016.3h ago 09:51
